“Josh Woratyla has taught bright, low-income, marginalized high school juniors the art of taking a College Placement Test.  I am happy to report that he has done so by being prepared, establishing boundaries, insisting on achievement, remaining invested, and insisting on quality performance while respecting the academic capacity of each student.  He simultaneously encourages and challenges the student so that he or she tests with confidence and capacity.  An example of his performance tells the whole story:  Mr. Woratyla accompanied a student to a sweet increase in his ACT math score from 22 to 33--a rare accomplishment.  This translates to an annual scholarship of about $79,000 a year to a select college.  Kudos to Mr. Woratyla and to the success he brings to our interested juniors.  I highly recommend him.”
